I think that is the best quality of a leader but not all posses those qualities. Some of them thinks they're the best. They don't even want the help of a strategic planning consultants because they think they can handle everything.
ReplyDeleteI couldn't agree more! Self awareness is another great quality that only a few leaders are blessed with. Those that understand themselves, understand their strengths - and their shortcomings. This allows them to build teams around them to ensure strength in all areas.
